This is for all the mothers who are currently navigating their own personal journey and wondering “who they are becoming.” When I had my daughter and we were more settled in a routine and the space was right for deeper questions, I would ask myself “who am I now?”

I started to see an outline of a woman, this was the woman I was becoming (she was my future self), she felt strong and wise, I knew I liked her instinctively.

I also knew that there was a slight disconnect from her in the present because I was navigating unchartered waters - there was growth, learning and a lot of letting go to do.

If this is resonating, I want you to know that;

❤️ You are beautiful, powerful and evolving, this is important work.

♥️ That in many ways, you are being asked to let go of the woman you used to be to transform into a new form.

❤️ It’s a journey of the heart that changes your relationship to yourself, it’s discombobulating because it requires total surrender, something we all find difficult.

❤️ Don’t suffer in silence, every new mother walks this path, find your place amongst those willing to talk and support you.

❤️ It gets easier, one day you will wake up and realise that you are exactly where you need to be right now.

My mission in life is to make a wholehearted difference to the lives of women and girls, in a way that supports us all to evolve. I believe that speaking truthfully is a crucial part of our future story. I’d love to hear your views. Send me an email and we can start a new powerful conversation.
