Earlier in my career, I was one of them - leading international brand communications across multiple time zones, fuelled by ambition and adrenaline. Until the day my body said no. Six months of burnout followed, and I never returned to that role.

That experience reshaped everything I know about leadership, performance, and what sustainable success really means.
